End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: February 26, 2026

1. License Grant
Dober Family Ventures, LLC (“Maintley,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Maintley app (the “Software”) solely for your personal or internal business use in accordance with the Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions
You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Software.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code.

Sell, sublicense, or transfer your license to third parties.

Use the Software for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Ownership
Maintley retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to you other than the limited license above.

4. Updates and Support
Maintley may provide updates, bug fixes, or enhancements. Your use of these updates is governed by this EULA unless accompanied by a separate agreement.

5. Termination
Your license terminates automatically if you violate this EULA or the Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability
Maintley and Dober Family Ventures, LLC are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including data loss or property damage.

8. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of [insert state]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [insert county, state].
